Do I get commission and credit for the booking? | |
| Yes! When you book the cruise through the Cruise Line Individual Reservation Department under code THE SPECIAL CODE you will receive credit for the booking and commission for the cabin. You then need to call WHODUNIT and arrange for your clients to be a part of the group. This will cost them $110 for the 3 night and $133 for the 7 night above the cruise cabin cost. This portion is payable to Whodunit by travel agency check, and is commissionable to you. If you do not want commission on the mystery portion, then just add on the $99 per person for the weekend cruise, or the $119 for the week cruise | ||

Can one person in a cabin be involved with the mystery and not the other? | |
NO! Once a passenger has signed up for the mystery, then they will be assigned their seats with the mystery group. NO ONE MAY BE SEATED WITH THE GROUP WHO HAS NOT PAID TO JOIN. (They would be enjoying the fun for free!) Some passengers who have signed up for the mystery still request to be seated separately so they can join the rest of their party. We do not suggest this, as a large portion of the clues and fun takes place during the meals. However, as long as they understand this, it is their option. |

PLEASE LET YOUR CLIENTS KNOW ABOUT THE WILD FUN THAT TAKES PLACE DURING THE DINNERS SO THEY DO NOT EXPECT A QUIET ROMANTIC DINING EXPERIENCE. THE CHARACTERS ARE ROAMING FROM TABLE TO TABLE... SO THINK BIG LAUGHS!!!!!

How do you assign the characters? | |
| Since every guest will get a role to play, we do this randomly. However, if you know anything about your client (age, special interests, outgoing or shy, etc) we will definitely take this into consideration when assigning the roles. In fact, it is a great help to us and makes it that much more fun for your clients! | ||

CLUES AS HOW TO BOOK (If you have booked any of our cruises with a Travel Agent in the past, please call them to book your cruise! We must take care of our Partners in Crime! If not, you can call your travel agent or call Whodunit to book a cruise. DO NOT book online with a cruise booking company as you cannot get the mystery package that way.) |
| 1. Ask individual reservations for the special MYSTERY CRUISE price code of the sailing you want . Ask the reservation agent at least three times to insure you are getting this rate. Its the cheapest! |

this rate unless all the passengers in the cabin are paying the mystery fee and participating in the
mystery) |
| 2. Book the cabin/s of your choice/ SECOND seating. |
3. Next add on the $99 mystery fee for the three night cruise, $109 per person for the 4 night cruise and $119 per person for the 7 night cruise. This will give you your total per person. |
| The RCI amount is payable to them. The Whodunit
amount is payable to Whodunit by Agency check, Client check by final payment
date or if the guests want to pay with a credit card then add $6 processing fee. If you would like the mystery portion commissionable to you, then please add the commission amount on to the above fee. (So you would charge your client $110, $119 or $133-YOU MUST SEND PAYMENT NET TO WHODUNIT, WE DO NOT SEND OUT COMMISSION CHECKS) |
| 4. Immediately call WHODUNIT, email or fax
us with their booking numbers and pertinent information and to verify their mystery status aboard
and we are set! Clues Whodunit Needs....copy and paste in email to Whodunit |
| 5. CANCELLATION POLICY: You can receive a full refund of your mystery add on fee until the Royal Caribbean Final Payment Date for that Sailing. There is no refund of the mystery add on fee after the Royal Caribbean Final Payment Date. However we allow name changes until 2 weeks prior. Please be aware that Berkeley Care Insurance will not cover this if you cancel after final payment. And there is no refund for any reasons. So don't miss the boat!

Please confirm here that you are aware of the additional payment due to Whodunit for the mystery at time of final payment. This fee is above the cost payable to RCI. |

| 1. You may book groups ten cabins at a time. When you
call the Group Department ask them for the mystery price code. They will need to call Revenue
Management/Claire Mason, to have this released to you. PLEASE NOTE THE ENTIRE GROUP BOOKED UNDER THIS CODE MUST PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE AND PARTICIPATE IN THE MYSTERY. YOU CANNOT USE THIS CODE FOR ANY CABINS OR GUESTS NOT PARTICIPATING. |
